This is what the Lord says: Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.
Jeremiah 6:16

About Me

With over 30 years of experience in ministry, I've had the privilege of serving in various roles, each contributing to my journey and shaping my approach to coaching. From youth ministry to evangelism, from an associate pastor to leading family life and discipleship programs, every milestone has been instrumental in my growth and understanding of pastoral leadership.

My educational journey includes earning a Master of Divinity and a Master's in Practical Theology from King’s University, as well as completing the Jack Hayford School of Pastoral Nurture program. Additionally, I am certified in the Restoration Framework, hold credentials as a Mental Health Coach practitioner, and am a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator.  In addition to being certified as a Prepare-Enrich facilitator, I am also a certified trainer for individuals seeking to utilize the Prepare-Enrich program effectively.

My mission is rooted in unwavering support, balance, resilience, authenticity,
and transformation. I am dedicated to providing pastors and ministry
leaders with the guidance, encouragement, and practical solutions they need
to thrive personally and professionally. By prioritizing balance and resilience,
I empower clients to sustainably serve their congregations while prioritizing
their well-being.

My coaching approach, Restoration Framework Coaching, is designed to
empower pastors and ministry leaders to move forward, grow, and thrive.
By integrating elements of Restoration Therapy into coaching, I equip clients with valuable tools, strategies, and support to navigate the complexities of ministry and create positive, lasting change.

Diverse experiences and meaningful encounters have marked my journey in ministry. From serving under eight lead pastors to five years of mentorship under Jack Hayford, each chapter has deepened my understanding of pastoral care and resilience. Through challenges and triumphs, I've remained committed to providing unwavering support to those in need, fostering environments of unity and collaboration within ministry teams.
